Working for a managed service provider that specializes in cybersecurity across various industries, sales enablement tools are crucial. From the online content, events, social media, and documentation and training, there is a lot of ground to cover.

This year, one of our main goals was to align the company as the premier cybersecurity experts in South Florida, a title that no other company holds. We put together a strategy that incorporated a mix of sales enablement tools and processes.

Externally, we began hosting and attending more events/partner events that cater to the CEO’s and technology decision-makers, having our President and CEO moderating or speaking at least once a month. This helped to create faces to the name of the company, something popular technology companies such as Microsoft and Apple did with Bill Gates and the late Steve Jobs respectively.
