Creating Marketing Goals in IT Marketing

Working in the tech industry, it’s extremely important to set marketing strategic goals and objectives to attract and retain new clients. Creating the goals together allows all departments to have insight and input, as transparency is important if a company wants to create buy-in from employees. Also, goals are possible to be achieved by front-line employees like account managers and coordinators, who carry out much of the work necessary to execute company goals.
